Description

That is the theme of our October 8th Luncheon. And the man delivering that message is one of the most recognized, respected, and genuinely beloved figures in Alabama media.

Jeh Jeh Pruitt. WBRC FOX6 News Sports Anchor and Reporter. Good Day Alabama. The voice Birmingham has trusted since 1996.

But here is what most people do not know about Jeh Jeh Pruitt.

Behind the camera, he is quietly changing lives.

He and his wife Kerri co-founded The Dannon Project, a non-profit dedicated to pulling at-risk youth and non-violent offenders back from the edge and giving them a real shot at a future. He is a kidney donor. An advocate for organ donation through the Alabama Organ Center. A mentor. A speaker. A man who walks into schools and tells young people the same thing he is going to tell us on October 8th.

You have the power.

A platform is not something you enjoy. It is something you carry. And Jeh Jeh Pruitt has carried his with extraordinary grace, purpose, and impact for nearly three decades.

This luncheon is presented by our Gray Sponsor Baptist Health, with the Rotary Club of North Jefferson as our Maroon Sponsor and Cumulus Media as our In Kind Gray Sponsor. Mi Barrio Mexican Restaurant is bringing the food.
