Ribbon Cutting: Form Theory Pilates

The Gardendale Chamber of Commerce invites you to celebrate the grand opening of Form Theory Pilates with an official Chamber Ribbon Cutting on Tuesday, October 6th at 12:00 PM.

Form Theory Pilates is Gardendale's newest neighborhood Pilates studio — and it is anything but ordinary. Built on the belief that Pilates should be fun, intentional, and leave you feeling like yourself again, Form Theory combines contemporary Pilates with modern strength science to deliver sessions that are exacting, effective, and genuinely welcoming. Small classes. Real coaching. And a community that actually knows your name.

Whether you are brand new to Pilates or a seasoned mover, Form Theory has a class and a membership designed for where you are right now.

Come out on October 6th, meet the team, and be part of the moment this exciting new business opens its doors to Gardendale.
