The Medical Mile Health Fair is Gardendale's premier community wellness event, bringing together local health and wellness professionals for a morning dedicated to helping you live your best life. Whether you're focused on physical fitness, mental health, nutrition, financial wellness, safety, or prevention, there is something here for everyone.
